What is slim aid used for and how
does it work?
Slim Aid is a traditional herbal remedy used as an aid to slimming. Fucus (seaweed) is a mild thyroid stimulant so helping to increase your metabolic rate. Boldo and Dandelion support liver function which is a vital organ in the digestive process. Butternut acts as a mild laxative helping you to gently remove waste products from the body.
How do I take slim aid?
For oral use
Adults: One or two tablets to be taken three times a day.
Elderly: One tablet to be taken three or four times a day.

Not recommended for use in children under 12 years of age.

Can I take slim aid with other medicines?
Interactions with other medicines are not known and you should seek the advice of your pharmacist or doctor before taking this product. This includes medicines you buy for yourself, as well as those prescribed by your doctor.

Before taking slim aid
These tablets can be taken by adults and the elderly. However do not take if you have previously reacted badly to any of the ingredients.
Precautions
To be used in conjunction with a calorie controlled diet.
Not recommended for use during pregnancy or when breastfeeding. Please speak to your doctor or pharmacist for further advice.
If the condition worsens seek medical advice.
This medicinal product contains sucrose. If you have been told by your doctor that you have an intolerance to some sugars, contact your doctor before taking this medicine.

After taking slim aid
Side-effects are not known with this product but if you experience any undesirable symptoms or side effects when taking this product, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Do not take more than the stated dose. If you take too many tablets, discontinue use and drink plenty of water – contact your doctor or a pharmacist for further advice.

If you miss a dose take a replacement promptly and continue to take this medicine as directed, up to a maximum of 3 doses a day in adults or 4 doses a day in the elderly.

Note: If your symptoms persist or if your condition worsens stop treatment and consult your doctor or pharmacist.
